The War of the Worlds radio play was first broadcast on October 30, 1938 by Orson Welles and had the entire nation believing that Martians had landed in New Jersey at a place called Grover’s Mill, not far from Highland Park. Now more than 70 years later, Raconteur Radio, a troop of five actors will recreate that broadcast in the meeting room.
