Support the Library

Highland Park Public Library circulates many books and provides many public programs (see 2006 library statistics). We need your support to allow us to flourish and grow. Here are ways you can help.

Cash Donations

 Your tax-deductible cash donation is always welcome. Your donation will enrich, not replace, traditional tax-based funding. You may use your donation to honor the memory of a loved one or pay tribute to family or friends, and the library will send an acknowledgement card to the recipient of your choice.

Major Donations

  We welcome large contributions to sponsor specific programs or in general to support the library. To discuss a major contribution to the library, please contact our director.

Matching Employer Gifts

 Many employers will match their employees' contributions to charitable nonprofit groups, thus increasing the size of your gift to the library. Ask your employer if they offer this program.

 The Friends of the Highland Park Public Library dedicate themselves to supporting and enriching the library.

  Anytime you're celebrating, please remember the Highland Park Public Library to give a gift to your community. There's a special "Wish List" at Amazon.com where you can choose an item that's needed and it will be shipped automatically to the library.
