LIBRARY GOVERNANCE: The Highland Park Public Library is governed by an independent Board of Trustees as described in detail in NJSA Title 40, Chapter 54 (Libraries and Reading Rooms). The Board of Trustees consists of seven members appointed for five year terms, and two alternate members.

The Library Board of Trustees typically meets on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:30pm. Meetings are held in-person at Highland Park Public Library, 31 North Fifth Avenue, Highland Park, NJ 08904, or live via Zoom during the COVID-19 pandemic.
