Exploring Mortality in Community

Black circle with the text "Date with Death Club: Exploring Mortality in Community" inside it, and datewithdeathclub.com outside of it.Do you want to face mortality with less fear and more curiosity, less euphemism and more reality, less conformity and more creativity?

Facilitated by Rev. Karen G. Johnston, Date with Death Club is a non-dogmatic opportunity to explore mortality in community through connection, reflection, and conversation.

Come to one, some, or all of the monthly sessions. Participation in each session is first come, first served.

Planning Your Own Memorial Service: You can leave it for those who survive you. Or you can spend some time now planning your memorial service, leaving helpful information for your loved ones when the time comes. We’ll explore the growing trend of home funerals—what’s old is new again! We’ll also use a specially developed worksheet that you can take home.

Note: Date with Death Club is NOT a bereavement group. For more information, visit the Date with Death Club website: datewithdeathclub.com, or visit the Date with Death Club Facebook page.
