Read a Play Together

The next play reading, Heroes of the Fourth Turning by Will Arbery, opened off-Broadway in 2019, and was a finalist a the Pulitzer Prize in 2020 and won a number of other new play awards. It is this year’s favorite regional theater new play. To sign up to read a role, email coordinator Steve Eisdorfer at raritanriver@yahoo.com and tell him what role you would like to read, specifying the character and the act. You may also specify that you will take any role that is available. He will try to honor people’s expressed preference. Otherwise chronology and chance will govern.
